Look What Surprises They Snuck Into The Financial Reform Bill

The Economic Collapse
July 30, 2010
Even just a decade ago, major pieces of legislation in the U.S. Congress would be just a few dozen pages long. But today, it seems like every time Congress passes an important bill it ends up being over a thousand pages long. In fact, the final version of the new financial reform law was over 2,300 pages. Overall, as we wrote about extensively in a previous article, this much-ballyhooed new law does a whole lot of nothing, but it turns out that lobbyists and special interests were able to insert a few nasty surprises that we are just now finding out about. But it was the same thing with the health care reform law. It was only after it was passed that most of us learned that it contained a provision that will force U.S. small businesses to collectively produce millions more 1099 tax forms each year. Now small businesses from coast to coast are screaming bloody murder about that provision but it is too late – the law has already passed. Unfortunately, there are some surprises in the recently passed financial reform law that are nearly just as bad.
So just what are those surprises?
Well, first let’s talk about what the financial reform law does not do. The financial reform bill was supposed to “fix” Wall Street and the financial system, but it did not do much of anything….
-It does nothing to address the problems with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
-It does not eliminate “too big to fail”.
-It does absolutely nothing to eliminate the horrific bubble in the derivatives market.
-It does nothing to reform the organization most responsible for the recent financial crisis – the Federal Reserve. In fact, this new law actually gives the Federal Reserve even more power.
But it does create a ton of new paperwork and a bunch of new government organizations.
Oh goody!
But was there any major law that Congress has passed over the last several years that did not increase the size and scope of government?
That is a good question.
In any event, let’s get to some of the nasty surprises contained in the new financial reform law….
*Barack Obama has been running around touting how this new law will “increase transparency” in the financial world, but it turns out that a little-noticed provision of the new law exempts the Securities and Exchange Commission from virtually all requests for information by the public, including those filed under the Freedom of Information Act.

Not that the SEC was doing much good anyway.
But now the SEC’s incompetence and the nefarious actions of those they are investigating will be hidden from public view.
So what makes the SEC so special that they get to block the public from seeing their records while other government agencies still have to comply with FOIA?
Talk about ridiculous.
But there is actually another little surprise contained in the new law that is even more nasty….
*Another little-noticed section deeply embedded in the financial reform law actually gives the federal government the authority to terminate government contracts with any “financial firm” that fails to ensure the “fair inclusion” of women and minorities in its workforce.
This section of the law, written by U.S. Representative Maxine Waters, is 1,261 words long and it establishes ”Offices of Minority and Women Inclusion” in the Treasury Department, the Federal Reserve, the Securities and Exchange Commission and more than a dozen other finance-related agencies.
The directors of these new departments are tasked with developing standards that “ensure, to the maximum extent possible, the fair inclusion and utilization of minorities, women, and minority-owned and women-owned businesses in all business and activities of the agency at all levels, including in procurement, insurance, and all types of contracts.”
The maximum extent possible?
That sounds pretty strong.
So what kind of firms does this section apply to?
Well, according to Politico, this section is going to apply to just about anyone who has anything to do with the financial industry….
This applies to “services of any kind,” including investment firms, mortgage banking firms, asset management firms, brokers, dealers, underwriters, accountants, consultants and law firms, the legislation states. Every contractor and subcontractor must now certify that their workforces reflect a “fair inclusion” of women and minorities.
The truth is that this small section of the law represents a fundamental change in employment law in the United States.
And it is written so vaguely that firms are going to be tempted to go above and beyond in complying with it just so they are safe. In fact, many analysts are already saying that it could lead to an unofficial quota system.
In any event, hundreds of new federal government bureaucrats will be watching to make certain that these vague new regulations are fully implemented.
*It also looks like the new financial reform law is going to end the era of free checking accounts.
Why?
Well, it turns out that the new law really limits the amount of fees that banks can charge and the way that they charge them.
So banks have got to make their money somewhere. Wells Fargo and Bank of America have already announced new fees on checking accounts, and other banks are expected to follow their lead shortly.
What a mess.
Can’t Congress do anything right these days?
At this point Congress is so incompetent that if they would just sit there and do nothing that would be a vast improvement.
But that isn’t going to happen.
Desperate Establishment’s Latest Rand Paul Hoax Backfires

The latest media hoax targeting Kentucky primary winner Rand Paul has exploded in the establishment’s face after a claim that Paul “kidnapped” a woman during a college prank was revealed to be completely mischaracterized, showing once again how desperate the system is to discredit Paul and prevent him from leading a populist revolt against the status quo.
The corporate media has now launched no less than three hyped or outright manufactured “controversies” in an effort to tear down Paul’s popularity in the less than three months since he won the Kentucky primary. The system is scared stiff of what Paul represents because he is a true constitutionalist with a real chance of winning in October after having brushed aside establishment Republican candidate Trey Grayson back in May.
On the very night of his primary success, the media kicked into high gear and instantly tried to characterize Paul as a hypocrite and a racist elitist simply because he held his victory celebration at a country club.
When this attempt to smear Paul fell flat on its face, the Civil Rights sideshow was ramped up, with MSNBC airing eight different segments totaling 37 minutes with every single guest attacking Rand Paul as a closet racist who wanted to repeal the Civil Rights Act, something which he never said. Indeed, although Paul expressed a nuanced view on the Civil Rights Act, he made it clear that he would not vote to repeal it. This didn’t stop Rachel Maddow and MSNBC from publishing an out of context script in a crass stunt to make it appear as if Paul had answered “yes” to Maddow’s question about whether businesses should have the right not to serve black people.
But with Paul still maintaining a healthy lead over his Democratic rival Jack Conway, the establishment was forced to launch its third absurd smear attack in as many months, by manufacturing a national controversy out of the claims of an anonymous woman who talked to GQ Magazine about a college prank Paul was involved in 30 years ago, alleging that Paul had “kidnapped” the woman and forced her to take drugs.
The hoax was unraveled when the woman later admitted to the Washington Post that she was not kidnapped, she was not forced drugged, and that “the whole thing has been blown out of proportion” because she willingly went along with the prank, which on the face of it is mild tomfoolery when measured against similar college hazing pranks performed today.
“That characterization of events supports Paul’s claim that, as he told Fox News yesterday, “No, I never was involved with kidnapping. No, I never was involved with forcibly drugging people,” concedes the Post.
“It is satisfying to see the libelous and grossly irresponsible charges of kidnapping completely shot down,” Paul campaign spokesman Jesse Benton told the Post. “It remains puzzling to us why the drive-by media continues to focus on an alleged 30 year old teenage prank when our nation faces high unemployment, a thirteen trillion dollar debt and are threatened with a Cap and Trade national energy tax.”
But that’s not good enough for the Washington Post, who, with the “kidnap” hoax now firmly distinguished, still insist that Paul jokingly telling a college friend 30 years ago to “worship the Aqua Buddha,” is an issue of national importance, even as America enters a third great depression.
Perhaps if rather than engaging in such an apparently horrendous prank as asking someone to smoke pot, Paul had instead lied naked in a coffin masterbating while kissing skulls and screaming as people like George W. Bush and John Kerry did at Yale for their Skull and Bones initiation, then the mainstream media wouldn’t have made such a big deal out of it.
Barely a week goes by within which Tea Party candidates, their supporters, or conservative media outlets are not the target of a manufactured smear, an attempted set-up, or another fabricated hoax, enthusiastically peddled by the corporate media ad infinitum.
This latest Rand Paul hoax arrives on the back of Obama campaign volunteer and long term Democratic operative Tyler Collins attempting to portray Paul’s supporters as racists by dressing up in a tin-foil hat and adopting a slack-jawed accent while carrying signs opposing illegal immigration.
The provocateur was caught out by an attendee at the Fancy Farm political celebration in Kentucky who claimed he saw the man speaking with supporters and campaign officials of Paul’s opponent for the Kentucky Senate, Jack Conway, shortly before making his way into the crowds. Collins was later seen marching with fellow Conway supporters.
The Louisville Courier Journal even used footage of the man, portraying him as a legitimate Rand Paul supporter, in a video report about the event.
Another hoax revolved around what is one of the biggest platforms for anti-establishment candidates, the Drudge Report website, which back in March was falsely accused by Senate Democrats of serving malware viruses to its visitors, which in fact were coming from third party ad scripts. The New York Times and many other websites have inadvertently infected visitors with Malware viruses, but Democrats in the Senate seemed only interested in linking the viruses to Drudge in an effort to prevent people from visiting the website.
Sen. Jim Inhofe (R.-Okla.), dismissed the flap as an overhyped ploy to stop Senate staff from reading Drudge, “Because Drudge comes out with really good stuff and we want them to access the Drudge Report. We’re on the Drudge Report about half the time.”
Given the establishment left’s ceaseless attempts to frame Tea Party activists, and particularly Rand Paul, who is seen by many as the true voice of the Tea Party, expect to see many more dirty tricks and brazen hoaxes pulled before the midterm elections.
The corporate media has proven itself to be morally bankrupt in vigorously peddling hoax after hoax in an attempt to shoot down Ron Paul’s campaign. They are doing so not because any of the manufactured controversies hold any merit or importance, but because Paul’s grass roots candidacy represents a fundamental threat to the status quo in Washington.
Paul needs to file libel and slander lawsuits to send a message that more hoaxes, stunts, and set-ups will not be tolerated.
In the interests of time-saving, we’ve gone to the trouble of offering a selection of controversies which we made up out of thin air that the establishment can select from next time they attempt to smear Rand Paul.
- Rand Paul was the gunman behind the grassy knoll who shot JFK.
- Rand Paul convinced LeBron James to leave the Cleveland Cavaliers.
- Rand Paul was responsible for blowing up the BP oil well.
- Rand Paul, and not Yoko Ono, caused the Beatles to break up.
- Rand Paul is an 18 million year old space reptoid from the planet pop tart.
Although some of the above facts may sound a little far fetched, we were assured that they were true by an “anonymous source,” so we are now going to seriously debate how this will affect Paul’s Senatorial campaign for a good week or two, before quietly admitting that it’s all nonsense – but only after the mud has stuck of course.

Media Defends Clinton, Gore Over Rape Allegations, But Crucifies Rand Paul For a Harmless College Prank

Paul Joseph Watson & Alex Jones

While serious Clinton and Gore sex scandals are belittled, sidelined, and ignored, Rand Paul is crucified for jokingly suggesting his college friend worship the Aqua Buddha
Even after the anonymous woman whose words the corporate media twisted to slanderously claim Rand Paul kidnapped and forced drugged her recanted and admitted that she was not kidnapped, she was not force drugged, and that “the whole thing has been blown out of proportion” and was actually a harmless college prank, the establishment is still using the manufactured hoax in an effort to discredit Paul, a display of enthusiasm that was noticeably lacking when the far more serious rape scandals surrounding President Bill Clinton and more recently Al Gore came to light.
Despite the shocking allegations recently made against Al Gore, that he tried to sexually molest masseuse Molly Hagerty in a predatory fashion, the popular Drudge Report website was the only big hitter to adequately cover the story. Most mainstream media outlets either ignored it completely or defended Gore, even after police re-opened the investigation.
Indeed, Rand Paul’s apparently abhorrent behavior of jokingly asking a college friend to worship the Aqua Buddha has rumbled on as a prominent story for longer than Gore’s alleged behavior in an expensive hotel room, where he supposedly “groped, kissed, and pinned the woman down on a bed like a “crazed sex poodle.”
The fact that Gore announced his divorce from wife Tipper shortly before the allegations re-surfaced only lends credence to their accuracy, but the establishment media wasn’t interested and the controversy was largely confined to the tabloid papers.
Top establishment liberal news outlets like Salon.com as well as the Washington Postdefended Gore while deriding his alleged victim. MSNBC host Joe Scarborough, who has constantly featured guests on his show solely for the purpose of attacking Rand Paul, said it was “unfair” to even discuss the Al Gore rape story.
“The media outlets that bothered to report on the story have hardly reported the story. With one dubious exception, I couldn’t find a single source that did what any reporter with the most basic questions about the charges should have done: interview an expert on sexual violence who might be able to provide context and comment on the likely credibility of the story,” wrote Jaclyn Friedman, the Executive Director of Women, Action & the Media. “Instead, they trotted out excuses in Gore’s defense, often going the way of The Atlantic’s Marc Ambinder, who, in musing about whether the mainstream media would pick up the story, treated it as a choice between defending Gore’s integrity or indulging in a base appetite for celebrity scandal, as if there wasn’t a possibility that a real 54-year-old woman had suffered a violent assault.”
The rape story was accompanied by other tales of Gore’s alleged sexual indiscretions, including“rumours of further extra-marital liaisons and wild parties at Gore’s San Francisco bachelor pad, with bikini-clad girls cavorting in his hot-tub,” but the establishment media in the United States barely uttered a word. Imagine if Rand Paul had even been rumored to have engaged in similar behavior, what would the response have been?
The establishment reacted similarly back in 1998, when Juanita Broaddrick alleged that then President Bill Clinton had raped her two decades earlier. Despite the fact that the majority of Americans believed the allegations to be true, 54 per cent versus 23 per cent who thought they were false, and despite Clinton settling the case with a whopping $850,000 settlement, “A lot of money from someone who claims he did nothing wrong,” as Larry Elder wrote, the corporate media again defended Clinton and downplayed the seriousness of the allegations.
Again, the details of the allegations made by Broaddrick against Clinton were infinitely more shocking and disturbing than Rand Paul’s college tomfoolery. Broaddrick claimed that Clinton forced her down on the bed in a hotel room, tore away her underwear and began aggressively raping her while biting her lips as she begged him to stop.
Feminist icon and liberal establishment mouthpiece Gloria Steinem also sprang to Clinton’s defense in a separate sexual harassment allegation against Clinton, absolving Clinton for allegedly forcing Kathleen Willey to place her hand on his genitalia. “Steinem suggested that women should be of sterner stuff and that Willey’s description, if true, is small potatoes. After all, said Steinem, when Willey said, “Stop,” Clinton stopped. No harm, no foul.”
Despite the fact that Clinton publicly lied to the American people during the Monica Lewinsky scandal when he said, “I did not have sexual relations with that woman,” the numerous other women who alleged affairs or who claimed they had been raped or molested by Clintonwere all dismissed as liars by the corporate media, just as Lewinsky was branded deceitful before she produced the semen-stained dress that proved her story to be true, and just as Gennifer Flowers was also savaged by the establishment before Clinton, during the Paula Jones deposition, was forced to admit the he did indeed have sex with Flowers.
While in the case of the Rand Paul, the corporate media took a non-story, overhyped it, and then manufactured an outright hoax by claiming that Paul had forcibly kidnapped a woman and drugged her, and still persisted with claiming the issue was of any importance even after the woman herself dismissed the claims, in the case of Clinton and Gore, the establishment did everything it could to belittle, downplay, and ignore what were obviously far more serious and factually grounded allegations.
The establishment has crucified Rand Paul for his tangential involvement in a harmless and consensual college prank for two weeks because, unlike alleged rapists Clinton and Gore, who they defended to the hilt, Rand Paul represents a serious threat to the status quo and has become the de facto voice of the Tea Party – that’s why Washington elitists and their liberal media sycophants will continue to invent hoaxes, overhype non-events from 30 years ago, and slander Rand Paul ceaselessly in a desperate effort to eviscerate the massive support he enjoys in Kentucky that is set to help him secure a place in the Senate and become a true representative of the American people.

SPLC — Where the Money Goes
August 11, 2010 by rkeefe57
According to financial documents posted on the Southern Poverty Law Center’s web site, the SPLC reported revenues of $31,046,000 for 2009. (All figures rounded to the nearest thousand dollars)
Of that total, more than $27 million came in the form of individual donations, mostly from elderly donors who have given to the SPLC for years. Since the SPLC is required by law to disclose its financial data, in order to keep its tax-exempt status, it might be interesting to see just where Grandma’s $100 dollar donation check really goes.

The numbers break down something like this:
$40 dollars go toward SPLC salaries
$15 dollars go toward fund-raising printing and postage costs
$10 dollars go toward the publication of “educational” materials (to be sold to local schools)
$3 dollars go to utilities, telephones, maintenance, etc.
$28 dollars go toward various and sundry expenses, such as travel costs, office supplies, “staff development,” etc.
And after all is said and done, about $4 dollars of Grandma’s $100 dollar donation, ($3.70 actually), goes toward “legal case expenses.”
(In 2008, the SPLC actually spent more on office supplies than on “legal case expenses.”)
Call me a skeptic, (and die-hard fans of the SPLC have called me much worse than that…), but shouldn’t the core business of a civil rights law center revolve around legal cases?
When tens of thousands of blue-haired Grannies send their $100 dollar checks to the SPLC, aren’t they doing so with the expectation that their hard-earned money will go toward “fighting hate” in the courts?
Do they even suspect that $15 dollars worth of that check is going to be used to ask them for the next $100 dollar check?
Do they get that same warm, fuzzy feeling over the thought that their contribution might pay for a laser jet ink cartridge, maybe two cases of printer paper, or roughly 40 minutes of SPLC founder, millionaire Morris Dees’ hourly salary?
The SPLC claims in its annual report that it “spent approximately 68% of its revenues on program expenses.” How this is possible when salaries and fund-raising costs alone eat up 55% of the budget is a mystery to me, but I guess a lot depends on one’s definition of “program expenses.”
As mentioned, a lot of people get upset when I quote the SPLC’s own financial data, but I’ve yet to find anyone who can claim that 3.7 cents on the donor-dollar is a good return on investment.

Texbook Doublethink: SPLC’s Latest Effort Attacks Constitutionalists

Patrick Henningsen
21st Century Wire
August 13. 2010
The Southern Poverty Law Center’s latest Associated Press release entitled, Baffling beliefs mark Sovereign Citizen theories, is the organization’s most recent effort to marginalize large blocks of the population it deems to be a domestic threat. Examination of this, as well as other documents, reveals a systematic pattern of media manipulation and disinformation aimed squarely at the American people.
In the latest release the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) identifies, “the number of people who now consider themselves sovereign citizens, Americans above the law who adhere only to the Constitution and follow a revised history of the United States”.
For any students of critical thinking, the SPLC is employing a 20th century propaganda technique know as doublespeak. Here the SPLC attempts to construct the doublethink idea that such Americans who adhere only to the Constitution are “above the law”.
Next it offers out proponents of sound money by railing against them, “The gold standard and bankruptcy: Belief that the country went bankrupt in 1933 when it suspended the gold standard and no longer had collateral to back its loans.” By spinning the conversation in one direction, here the SPLC states what is actual fact in the US and what few economists and historians will argue- that the country is bankrupt and has no real collateral for its loans, but attempts to paint this real-and-present economic reality as a ‘conspiracy theory’ propagated by so-called extremists.
And finally, in a grand demonstration of doublespeak that would dazzle even Eric Blair, the SPLC uses the accusation of “Straw Man” claiming that domestic extremists have concocted a series of false ideas in order to attack the ruling establishment. This is an interesting double-reverse spin move on the part of the SPLC. The irony in such a claim made by an organization like the SPLC could not be any more poetic, as they themselves have worked tirelessly, and spent countless millions building legions of their own Neo-Nazi and white supremacist ‘straw men’ in order to discredit multitudes of genuine modern political movements, fledgling activists and paleoconservative groups- a fact evident throughout their own activities and published reports.
This one is from their own Annual Report: “The SPLC sent a letter to committee chairmen with oversight over homeland security and the armed services in July after the Intelligence Project found dozens of personal profiles on a neo-Nazi website where individuals listed “military” as their occupation. The letter called for an investigation and a true zero-tolerance policy that prohibit extremists from serving in the military.”
By using textbook doublespeak, the SPLC aims to propel further doublethink into the national public conversation. The object of this game is to first frame and thus control all debates which fall into the categories that this organization has flagged as ‘dangerous’ to America. When the SPLC says ‘extremist in the military’, what it really means is any soldier who it identifies as belonging to, or affiliated with any group, or group sub-set that the SPLC defines as “extremist”. According to the SPLC this might include anyone who is affiliated with Patriot groups, Immigration reform, Anti-abortion, 911 Truth, We R Change, Oath Keepers, Ron Paul, Gun Owners of America, and the list goes on.
Any genuine citizens concerned about the danger of domestic Cointel and propaganda campaigns would do well to take a closer look at the organization known as the Southern Poverty Law Center and also pay attention to the predictable spin which it continues to shamelessly produce on cue. It’s also interesting to note how the SPLC uses its cloak of nonprofit status and gains an almost direct pipeline to nearly all of the major US media outlets. In PR terms, this is a near military operation and cannot be achieved without coordination from the higher echelons of both sides of that equation.
The SPLC was founded in 1971 by civil right lawyers Morris Dees and Joseph Levin Jr., and by anyone’s estimate, this organization would have been a key chess piece in a post-reform South where political power struggles and spheres of influence rubbed together to form the political landscape we have today. This is also an organization which has, on record, been penetrated and used by the FBI. Their current head of Intelligence, Mark Potok, has curiously been attached to past events including the 1993 siege in Waco, the rise of militias, the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing and the trial of Timothy McVeigh. Hardly the “objective observer” it advertizes itself to be, the SPLC has become a trusted dispenser of carefully selected talking points which form a wider political agenda, synchronizing its messaging with similar US-based front organizations like the ADL, the ACLU and AIPAC. Note the timing and frequency of their releases which always precede or follow certain domestic current events and which are almost certainly inserted to suppress real debate and discussion on real issues which are facing the United States.
The SPLC Money Machine
It advertises itself as “The Southern Poverty Law Center is a nonprofit civil rights organization dedicated to fighting hate and bigotry, and to seeking justice for the most vulnerable members of society.” The SPLC’s own 2009 financial report boasts a total operating fund support and revenue of over $31,000,000. No doubt this bureau employs some young community legal workers and may even perform some cursory function helping certain people in need, but it’s main function has become that of a media spin machine. We can see that it has the financial resources and media clout to run heavy and sustained information campaigns, as well as physically target its stated adversaries, namely Patriot groups, lawful local militia groups and Constitutionalists. It is, in effect, one of many attack dogs used by the ruling elite in order to dilute genuine dissent amongst the growing ranks of vocal Americans.
The SPLC has also taken credit for the resignation of former CNN anchorman Lou Dobbs, gloating in its annual statement, “When news anchor Lou Dobbs used his CNN program to promote the bogus claim that President Obama is not a native-born U.S. citizen, the SPLC called on CNN to take Dobbs off the air, citing his history of promoting immigrant-bashing conspiracy theories and myths… It marked the end of a five-year effort by the SPLC to educate and inform the public – and Dobbs – about the baseless conspiracy theories and anti-immigrant propaganda promoted on his show.”
Fingerprints on most major domestic events
Interestingly, it advertizes itself to be the self-appointed defender against domestic extremists, while at the same time the SPLC is promoting the likes of Bill Ayers (including a link between the FBI’s and the SPLC’s websites), a man actually convicted of domestic terrorism as he carried out a series of bombing within the US. There are many publicly documented links between the SPLC and the FBI which should really raise suspicion as to the depths to which this supposed nonprofit entity actually goes, most notably the SPLC’s links to informants within the FBI alleged ‘sting’ operation at Elohim City and direct connections to Oklahoma City bomber Timothy McVeigh. More recently, the SPLC has provided close coverage of FBI informant Hal Turner and his bizarre trial- a story of minor importance in grand scheme of current events, but very telling by the fact that the SPLC will shepherd along such a story where a compromised FBI informant is implicated. All these connects between the FBI and the SPLC are of course, no mere coincidence. Any educated reader can easily glean from the SPLC’s own news releases and coverage, the sophisticated reverse-spin and antiquated 1970′s-quality left-wing cover which has become a signature of the SPLC media machine. It’s become predictable to the point of ridiculousness.
Most notable of the SPLC’s inventions is the concept of the “hate group”, a racially-loaded term which carries no real legal weight and is not defined by any federal statutes, yet it’s a phrase which this supposed legal organisation uses ad nausium to support any infinite number of accusations against an equally infinite number of people in the US. The SPLC has also concocted the sister term “hate group activities” in order to discredit any lawful community organizing by so-called “hate groups”. To this day, the SPLC still touts Neo-Nazis and Klansman as major players in their hate matrix, even as the rest of America watched those groups descend into comic book status.
The SPLC has also pioneered the concept of “domestic extremist”, a weapon it has deployed numerous times and in different contexts to support their own alarmist claims and support a multitude of disinformation campaigns. Naturally, Patriot groups, anti-Obamacare activists, Immigration Reformists, protests against Israeli aggression, 911 Truth demonstrations, Oath Keeper meetings, Tea party gatherings and the time-honored marches on Washington would all fall under their catch-all definition of ‘hate activities’.
Modern media trends
The reality behind this office is that it no longer serves as a real and useful independent legal bureau, but rather an out-dated and clumsy propaganda tool for social engineering in the United States. Handlers of this organization may believe that the SPLC is working like a well-oiled machine, ever-effective at infecting its choice talking points into the mainstream. But like all tired institutions who rely on heavily the linear News 1.0 operating system(aka the ‘spoon fed’ system), this model of traditional propaganda distribution is becoming increasingly outdated by the day, as millions of web surfers embrace the more sophisticated News 2.0 model, a model which rewards the readers and viewers who choose to dig, research, corroborate and verify their information- as opposed to accepting information(and obvious spin) on face value.
A real danger does exist however when organisations like the SPLC begin to profile Americans according to their own labels and then supply their information to Department of Homeland Security (DHS) fusion centers, and finally distribute them to local police agencies. The irony appears yet again- the SPLC claims to be protecting Americans from Neo-Nazis and what it is really achieving is moving America closer to a real Nazi-style or Stasi-esque system of persecution in America.
Americans need to become better guardians of their language, not allowing the likes of the SPLC to create divisive abstract concepts and dump doublethink all over the news for their own gain. They are nothing more than a money machine, a dinosaur which makes its living on pedalling its own brand of fear and propaganda to the highest bidder. Dated and bloated, thankfully it’s an organization in decline.

Scientific dictatorship wants lobotomized, subservient public
The establishment media and the scientific dictatorship are promoting brain-eating vaccines that virtually lobotomize people and rewire their minds into a state of subservient compliance so that their natural instinct to get angry and rebel against the tyranny being imposed upon them is neutered and sterilized.
“Academics say they are close to developing the first vaccine for stress — a single jab that would help us relax without slowing down,” reports the Daily Mail.
Dr Robert Sapolsky, professor of neuroscience at Stanford University in California, says the vaccine is intended to impose a state of “focused calm” by altering brain chemistry.
The proposals ominously hark back to George Lucas’ 1971 dystopian chiller TXH 1138, in which the population is controlled and subjugated through the use of special drugs to suppress emotion.
Feeling stress, getting angry, expressing emotion and displaying passion are all innate, natural and vital aspects of human behavior. Reacting with stress to dangerous or uncomfortable situations is an essential and healthy response, and is one shared by just about every living thing on the planet.
Scientists are now telling us that getting angry, upset and passionate is abnormal and needs to be “treated” through a fresh dose of pharmaceutical drugs and injections that will virtually lobotomize us into submissive compliance. This is blatantly a part of the full spectrum assault on our minds, our bodies and our nervous system through the contamination of our food and water supply.
The new research on brain-altering vaccines dovetails with proposals to add lithium to the water supply in order to treat “mood disorders”.
People globally are already being bombarded with sodium fluoride, a cancer causing neurotoxin, through the water supply, toothpaste, and many foods.
The first occurrence of fluoridated drinking water on Earth was found in Germany’s Nazi prison camps. The Gestapo had little concern about fluoride’s supposed effect on children’s teeth; their alleged reason for mass-medicating water with sodium fluoride was to sterilize humans and force the people in their concentration camps into calm submission.
As a growing number of people worldwide begin to educate themselves about what they are putting in their bodies and how they are under chemical and biological attack from the foods they eat, the establishment in getting increasingly desperate in trying to maintain a sick and weak populace, even telling them that injecting the toxic poison mercury into their bloodstream will be beneficial to their health.
The effort to chemically lobotomize the public is part of the elite’s drive to create a sub-species of drugged up, dumbed-down slaves who don’t have the intelligence or the energy to resist the control measures being imposed on them by their population-reduction obsessed masters. While the elite will be free to enjoy
